NEW YEAR, NEW START, NEW SEASON

The Word of God (Hebrews 11:3) is clear that “by faith, we know that God framed the worlds with His Word.”  In this Scripture, the word ‘worlds’ is intentionally plural and is the translated from the Greek word ‘aion’ (pronounced ion); which means “season, age or moment in time”. In other words, our faith gives us the assurance that God has framed every moment and season of our lives, meaning that there is meaning, significance and a divine purpose to every experience.

Regardless of the quality of your 2019, this biblical truth reminds us that the entirety of the past year has been used by God to establish the framework for this new season.  The fact that you are in the land of the living to see the dawn of a new year means that you have been gifted another season by God.  This gift is God’s indication that He has deemed you Kingdom-useful, and that there is work that He has set aside for you to get done.

Let 2020 and all of its moments and seasons be used to for you to wear your Kingdom-worth, walk in your Kingdom-purpose, and complete God's assignments; all to the glory the God who formed you with His hands, made you alive with His breath and calls you His masterpiece!
